efficacy of new drug candidates, etc, and provide customer-oriented and optimized
services.
Gene Analysis Center (Biodistribution Assessment Test)
For gene/cell therapeutic agents, quantitative PCR methods are performed to assess the in vivo distribution, engraftment, proliferation, and disappearance of cells for a sufficient period of time after administration of the test article.
A quantitative of test article using real-time PCR to determine the route of administration, dosage, and clinical observation period for clinical trials by evaluating the in vivo disappearance time point after administration of biopharmaceuticals in animals.
ADME Center(Non-Clinical ADME evalution)
ADME is an abbreviation for absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion. It is a study that identifies the dynamics of drugs, such as efficacy and duration, mechanism of action, biodistribution, and concentration.
Pharmacokinetics is a study that takes the ADME mechanism as a central research task, and is treated as very important in the stage just before conducting clinical trials in the process of developing new drugs (Pre-Clinical Trial: pre-clinical trial stage).
